Established in 2014, our name captures the inherent challenges of shaping MIZUNARA Oak into barrels, the loss of an exceptional amount of liquid during maturation, and yet delivering unique aromas and flavors of incense, sandalwood, and coconut. Much like the Oak itself, we envision delivering a unique experience for our customers despite the challenges that we may come across as we journey on this path of bringing Japanese culture to the world.
